Additional terms:

The card security service applies to all types of credit and debit cards, new as well as the existing ones (with the exception of Business Cards).

Only one card security service will apply to one payment card;

The card security service will be effective until the card expires (max. 4 years);

The card security service allows for one refund a year per card within the applicable refund limit;

It is a one-time service and will be automatically discontinued upon the first event of third-party illegal/fraudulent use of the card, as well as upon the cancellation of the card regardless of the reason. The card security service will also terminate if there is evidence that the Cardholder acted in bad faith/committed fraud or intentional tort;

If a card is cancelled before its expiration date or is damaged or lost, the corresponding security service will be cancelled as well;

It is recommended that the cardholder applies to the Bank with a chargeback claim as soon as they notice an illegal/fraudulent transaction and/or a transaction error. However, the dispute period is 60 calendar days.

1 The amount of the fee will depend on the type of the card security service. The fee is to be paid upon the purchase of the service and each subsequent year thereafter. If the Client is the holder of a service card that covers the card security service, the card security service fee will be included in the card price;
